Use this page to set the purchasing expectations before sending a quotation request.

Samples

Sample charges and freight are paid by the customer. If an order is placed, the sample charge is refunded; freight is not refunded.

For stock orders, dispatch is the next day after ordering. This describes dispatch timing, not delivery to the destination.

For custom logo or packaging, the delivery schedule is confirmed when the order is placed.
